Staffyou B.V. (hierna: “Staffyou”) heeft de bescherming van je persoonsgegevens en de beveiliging daarvan hoog in het vaandel staan. In deze cookieverklaring leggen wij uit welke cookies en aanverwante technieken op de Staffyou website www.staffyou.nl (hierna: “Website”) en Staffyou applicatie (hierna: “App”) worden gebruikt. Deze verklaring dient samen met de privacyverklaring te worden gelezen.
Op het moment dat je onze Website of App bezoekt, verzamelt Staffyou, met behulp van cookies, bepaalde informatie op geautomatiseerde wijze. 1. Wat zijn cookies?
Cookies zijn kleine tekstbestanden die op je computer (of op andere apparaten met internettoegang) worden opgeslagen op het moment dat je een website of applicatie bezoekt. 2. Waar gebruikt Staffyou cookies voor en welke cookies worden gebruikt?
Staffyou gebruikt cookies om verschillende redenen. Voor het technische en functioneel beheer van de Website en App gebruiken we noodzaklelijke en functionele cookies. Staffyou gebruikt de volgende soorten cookies:
Functionele cookies: Dit zijn cookies die noodzakelijk zijn voor de werking van onze Website en App. Zij stellen je in staat om door onze Website en App te navigeren en om deze te gebruiken. Tracking cookies: Deze cookies houden het klik- en surfgedrag van bezoekers bij. Hierdoor kan Staffyou zien of en wanneer je doorklikt naar onze Website en App. Hierbij kunnen wij gebruik maken van cookies van derde partijen. Wanneer je hiermee instemt, gebruiken wij en onze advertentiepartners cookies die de opgevraagde inhoud etc. kunnen registreren. Hierdoor kunnen wij en onze advertentiepartners advertenties tonen waarvan wij denken dat je ze interessant vindt, maar ook de websites waarop deze advertenties te zien zijn. Deze cookies hebben een houdbaarheidstermijn van enkele dagen tot 12 maanden, afhankelijk van de omstandigheden. Social media cookies: Om de inhoud van onze Website en App eenvoudig met anderen te kunnen delen d.m.v. buttons maken wij gebruik van social media cookies van deze social media partijen. Google Analytics: Google Ireland Ltd. (gevestigd in Ierland) is aanbieder van de dienst ’Google Analytics’ en treedt op als onze verwerker. Google Ierland gebruikt Google LLC (gevestigd in de Verenigde Staten) als subverwerker (beide 'Google'). Google verzamelt informatie over het gedrag van bezoekers van onze website (duur, paginaweergaven, geografische regio van toegang, etc.) door middel van prestatiecookies (zie hierboven) en levert Staffyou op basis hiervan rapporten over het gebruik van onze website. We hebben de dienst zo geconfigureerd dat de IP-adressen van bezoekers in Europa door Google worden ingekort voordat ze naar de Verenigde Staten worden doorgestuurd en daarna niet meer te herleiden zijn. We hebben de optie 'Gegevens delen' en de optie 'Signalen' uitgeschakeld. Hoewel wij van mening zijn dat de informatie die we met Google delen geen persoonsgegevens voor Google zijn, is het mogelijk dat Google op basis van de verzamelde gegevens conclusies kan trekken over de identiteit van bezoekers, persoonlijke profielen kan aanmaken en deze gegevens kan koppelen aan de Google-accounts van deze personen voor eigen doeleinden. Indien je instemt met het gebruik van Google Analytics, stem je uitdrukkelijk in met een dergelijke verwerking, inclusief de overdracht van je persoonlijke gegevens (met name website- en app-gebruik, apparaatinformatie en unieke ID's) naar de Verenigde Staten en andere landen. 1. What are cookies?

Google Analytics: Google Ireland Ltd. (located in Ireland) is the provider of the service ’Google Analytics’ and acts as our processor.
